Ba da du’a Kumah nɛ yʋʋm tusir, kɔbiswai nɛ pisyɔpɔi nɛ anaasi yʋʋmpaal Nwadig la dabpisi nɛ anaasi daar (24 January 1974), o yinɛ Sugliboi bɛ Bono East Region sʋ’ʋlim, Ghana la.[4] O da maali o bachelor's degree in educationnɛ yʋʋm tusir, kɔbiswai nyʋʋm tusir, kɔbiswai nɛ piswai nɛ awai (1999). Yʋʋm tusa atyi nɛ piiga la (2010), ka o da naae sakur nɛ postgraduate kasɛtta gbaʋŋ in Public Administration. Din nya’aŋ ka o maal Master of Arts degree in Local Government Administration and Organization Institute of Local Government Studies.[5][6]
