Ba da maali di nɛ yʋʋm tusir kɔbiswai nɛ piswai nɛ tan’ la ni (1993) dɔlisid Act 456 dinɛ bɛ Parliament of Ghana, nwɛnɛ yʋʋm tusir, kɔbiswai nɛ piswai nɛ yi Ghana wada gbaʋŋ (1992 Ghana constitution) la Article 216 yɛl si’em la.[1]
